Anyone that knows me also knows that I hate the whole "shopping" experience that is done in Mexico. I am not someone that likes to bargain and I'm not someone that wants to pay money for knockoff products that will only fail within a few weeks. With that said, I was "forced" to stop with my buddies at the shops in Rocky Point and spend what felt like an eternity walking through the store fronts. Maybe it was because I was hungover or maybe it was because was still drunk but all I wanted to do was to go back to the house. Either way the shopping experience was just not for me at that time (which it never is). So to help along a friend that was having a difficult time making a purchase of some beer glasses I aggressively stepped in as the negotiator. On our last trip to Acapulco, after a relaxing day drinking cerveza in the cabana a local vendor approached my girlfriend and I with some items for sale. At first we ignored them and continued our discussion on Roman Gods and astrology but one item caught our eye. We called him back to ask if the item was for sale, he wanted to negotiate an exchange for her crocodile skin purse (which very obviously matched his boots and hat). The bell on the bike sealed the deal and the fish tacos commemorated the occasion!
